Die Lied
Ons sing van waterstrome,
Van vrugbare vallei,
Van tuine en van boorde
Hier in ons mooi kontrei.
Ons kyk op na die berge
Die hemelblou daarbo
Ons hulp is van die Here
In Hom sal ons bly glo.
Dis hier waar Akkedissies woel
En saamstaan een van sin,
Ons skool se vaandel hoog te dra,
Die skool wat ons bemin.

We‟ll sing of streamlets murmuring
Through valley rich and fine,
Where gardens flourish in the sun,
With crops of fruit and vine.
We‟ll look up to the mountains,
The sky above so blue;

Tis here were Akkedissies thrive,
